What is the standard structure of job roles in an Arts Centre with Gallery?

My current role covers Curating, Visual Arts Programming, Hosting and Marketing for PV’s, speaker events and workshops. Also email comms with artists, orgs, general public. I use Adobe illustrator for graphic design of publicity, gallery literature and brochures. Writing and distribution of press releases and emailers. Also handing of gallery purchases and carriage. I am negotating my current job title as ‘Curator’ doesnt quite cover it. Asana is my best friend!
