What’s the general impression of the squads and tribes org structure for product design teams? Is it better than traditional UX / UI divide?

Is it better for product designers to work end to end on different features or work on different stages of the process on one feature?

  • True collaboration gets incredible results but fundamental organisational and individual incentives often conflict with the essential freedom to experiment and fail. Team members may also ultimately be unable to divert from the objectives they need to achieve for their performance targets.
Every member of the team needs to know where they stand and why they’re there.
