When doing freelance design work (CAD/Technical drawing based), do people tend to charge by the hour or per design?

- Hi, I charge per design if it's a regular customer and per hour if it's a new one.
- Hi Holly-Mae,I charge a day rate.So depends how much you can get done to the right standard in that time.Also be mindfull of any updates or changes and bill for that too.Cheers
