Run by 26 – a creative community that celebrates the craft of writing – the Award is for someone who began commercial writing in the last five years.

Your work is brilliant. You can be young, a newbie or a mid-career switcher. There’s no age limit. You can be anywhere in the world. And you don’t have to be a member of 26.

Did I mention that it's free to enter?

And easy? There's no forms or faff here. You just need some examples of your work and a paragraph on why you'd like to be considered. That's it.

And if you're not an emerging writer, but know a rising star, then you can recommend them instead.

The project team is waiting for your nominations, so get 'em in by 26 November 2024.
