Its part of Design Council's new mission: Design for Planet, which aims to galvanise and support the 1.69m strong UK design community to design with the welfare of the planet as a priority.

You can see the agenda here. Its pretty amazing with people like Finn Harries, Indy Johar, Orsola de Castro, Natsai Audrey Chiesa, Sophie Thomas, Anita Okunde, Joe MacLeod and more.

For product and industrial designers, Protolabs will be running a workshop at lunchtime of the 9th, using new and as-yet unexplored approaches to problem solving. This is an excellent opportunity for design engineers from all backgrounds and approaches to connect and work through their sustainability challenges and is guaranteed to be an enlightening experience. Do come along!
