Why do employers ask for years of experience for Junior roles when most Juniors have recently graduated?

- Hey Jonathan, its completely dependent on the employer as to how they see junior talent. If they're advertising a certain amount of experience, then its probably because that role will be working into someone with a lot more experience. Levels and titles vary greatly across different companies so I always think you have to see a job description very much as that - a way for the company to communicate what their needs are and who would be a good fit for it. Hope that helps a bit! Lex
