Why does no company in the uk offer sponsorships?

- coz its not America. They offer it to their mates
- Hi Enrico,I would recommend you to ask for it in the first place. It's not a huge financial commitment for companies to offer sponsorship rather just they don't like the hustle of it. Also it's usually for people who has special skills or very senior so a kind of skillset they may have difficulty to hire from the UK.
