A series of in-person events aimed at exploring process, storytelling and ethical responsibility in documentary filmmaking. In the second event of the series, we explore some of the key challenges facing investigative documentary filmmakers. This panel will discuss security risks and issues from an investigative perspective, how to navigate story and manage the responsibility to contributors and crew. We will also explore the innovative techniques filmmakers use in protecting those who share their story.
