British composer Gaika will be taking over the decks in the Garden Room on the 27th of October until late.
About this event
Artist and musician GAIKA, a curator in the Two Cities exhibition and long-term collaborator with the House is playing a DJ set on 27th October, performing a mash-up of dancehall, R&B, grunge, hip-hop, and industrial genres, as one of the best new voices in London's music scene, we can't wait to have him.
GAIKA's creative output has always straddled different worlds, taking influence from academia, philosophy, and political theory as much as the influence of fellow musicians. Raised in Brixton, schooled in Sutton, and of Jamaican and Grenadian descent, GAIKA has never chosen a linear path in his creative outputs.
Having performed at venues from The Roundhouse to the Royal Albert Hall, this is a ticket you’re not going to want to miss out on.
