In this 90 minute workshop we’ll discuss tools for building resilience, leaving you feeling ready to handle whatever the future brings. We’ll finish the workshop with a group hypnotherapy session.

From fears about our incomes to isolation, work stress and health worries – the world is full of challenges right now that are leaving us fearful, overwhelmed and anxious.

We can’t eliminate the stresses of the world. We can learn tools to help us to adapt, be flexible and feel capable in the face of challenges.

In the workshop, you will learn tools for feeling stronger and steadier, bouncing back easier and feeling resourceful. Plus you'll experience a powerful hypnotherapy session designed to reprogramme your mind for more resilience and positivity.

Chloe Brotheridge is a hypnotherapist and coach and anxiety expert at www.calmer-you.com and the host of The Calmer You Podcast. She’s the author of The Anxiety Solution and ‘Brave New Girl'.

-You’ve got a dodgy internet connection – you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session.
-You will need headphones, preferably noise cancelling ones, to experience the full benefits of the sound experience.
- Choose and set up a space for yourself - somewhere that you will be comfortable and uninterrupted for the length of the session. Arrange the space to be calming and welcoming for you.
