Join us at our newest roundtable event, a spin on the BIMA Senior Leaders roundtable, but for people in junior roles to meet like-minded individuals in similar positions.
Designed for everyone from account executives, junior designers or UX'rs, to folk who have either just graduated, joined their first agency or been around for a few years. Our aim is to cultivate a strong national peer support network outside of each individual agency to support each other, get more out of the social side of the industry (both online and IRL!) and to share experiences, challenges and advice.
In this session, we'll be discussing:
- How teams can or are supporting each other in hybrid working,
- How teams are building/keeping their relationships strong within the team and with their clients,
- How juniors and seniors can work together to make sure they're at their best as a team.
Join Lara Findlay, Director & Co-Founder of Geared App, on Friday 20 May at 10am who will be there to guide the conversation and facilitate the discussion.

Lara Findlay is Director and Co-founder of GearedApp, an Edinburgh based app and web development company.
