New business is the lifeblood of any agency. Or is it? For some it is, sure. For others over servicing existing clients keeps the lights on. Whatever you do to make sure the team are busy and cash is in the bank probably keeps you up at night and you are not alone.
The BIMA New Business Roundtable provides agency business development professionals with a safe space to discuss the trials and tribulations of winning and keeping business.
We can all learn a thing or two from each other and each month our co-hosts Katie Street, Founder of Street Agency and Adam Graham, Founder of Gray Matters, will be taking it in turns to speak to individuals at the coalface, to find out what's working and what's not.
