Join the Leica Akademie for a Black & White Street Photography Masterclass with London based photographer Alan Schaller.
This comprehensive workshop is a unique opportunity to learn directly from Schaller as he demonstrates the skills, techniques, tricks and tips that go into creating his striking and famed black and white street photography images.
This workshop will deepen your understanding of black and white photography, from the process that goes into finding and capturing the perfect shot to the post production editing involved to get the most out of your images. You will be shown how to find the maximum tonality from any scene, from portraits with rich tonal depth through to high contrast street scenes.
Alan Schaller’s black and white photography has found its way to the front covers of magazines, in leading newspapers, for advertising by luxury brands, and has been exhibited and featured internationally. If you have a passion for black and white photography, this is your chance to learn from an expert.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This workshop is open to all levels of photographer who are keen to grow their skill set. A distance of 2-3+ miles will be covered on foot each day of the workshop, participants should be comfortable walking this distance.
Limited to 10 Students.
A Leica Camera is not required for this class.
Students must have a basic to intermediate operational knowledge of their camera. An assortment of Leica Cameras will be available on loan at no further cost for the duration of the workshop (please see T&C's).
