We're going through some of the most challenging times any of us will face in our lifetime. Facing the unknown is bringing up that inner noise which can lead to all sorts of anxiety and distraction. While there are many things that are outside of our control right now what we can do is learn how to train our mind to serve us better though meditation and mindful practice. Just like training our body, meditation is a practice that trains the mind to serve us better, to regulate our hormones, (less cortisol, more serotonin) and dissolve the weight of stress that we carry around with us.

When we drop into stillness, we can see clearer and then rise up to meet our day.

During these short guided meditations and talks curated by Chris Connors we’ll explore the connection of breath, body and brain, and how combined they all play a part in self-regulation. You will learn simple and practical tools designed to bring calm to the body and self soothe when you need it most.


More about Chris Connors
Chris has been teaching meditation for 15 years and believes in living in what he calls ‘relaxed action’ – A way of being and doing in the world, because the more we can relax our system the more able we are to complete the things that matter. He has created a body of meditation work based on his mantra ‘Be Still, See Clear, Go Create’ a way of seeing meditation as a base for a vibrant, connected and creative life. He is just about to launch his new app OPO.

Probably not for you if:

- You’ve got a dodgy internet connection – you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session.
- You will need headphones, preferably noise cancelling ones, to experience the full benefits of the sound experience.
- Choose and set up a space for yourself - somewhere that you will be comfortable and uninterrupted for the length of the session. Arrange the space to be calming and welcoming for you.
