Join us in the Barbican Kitchen and learn how to make a delicious seasonal carrot cake with Head Chef Francesco.
Members are invited to take part in our interactive Sunday morning food workshop taking place in Barbican Kitchen with Head chef Francesco. Learn how to make a foolproof carrot cake complete with delicious cream cheese icing.
You'll leave knowing the fundamentals of how to make this delicious seasonal treat, plus anything that you make on the day. Members will also be offered a complimentary pastry and hot drink and the chance to chat with other Members on the morning. 

The event runs from 9-10am, before the Kitchen opens to the general public. Arrive from 8.45am to enjoy your complimentary hot drink and pastry before the workshop starts at 9am.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Francesco - Head Chef at Barbican Kitchen
Francesco is the Head Chef and will be leading the workshops, having delivered these fun, delicious and participatory sessions for several years. He’s an Italian pizza chef and qualified sous chef who’s been at the Barbican for almost 5 years and part of the Benugo family even longer.
