We're celebrating London's green spaces with an uplifting and creative event!

To open London Climate Action Week, World Wide Generation have commissioned a bespoke mural to be painted in one of the city’s community gardens, by artist and illustrator Katherine Shapiro. The mural will be unveiled on 26th June at Grow Tottenham.

Join us to see how Katherine interprets sustainability in the city! Plants and plant pots, painted by the artist herself will also be given to the first 50 attendees. We’ll learn from each other about how we can harness London’s power for global action in our local communities, by connecting with other visitors, and seeing how Grow Tottenham has created a thriving wildflower meadow. We cannot wait for an afternoon of potting plants, talking about the environment, and admiring art!

The event will start at 1pm and is free of charge, followed by the mural unveiling at 1.30pm.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Attendance is walk in. Grow Tottenham is an accessible space, and the nearest tube station is Tottenham Hale.
