Eligibility criteria
This opportunity is exclusively for those who have been working for at least three years and are:
- Currently in fashion or talent management and looking to progress or wanting to make a career switch from an adjacent sector such as brand partnerships, design and PR/comms
- From groups historically under-represented in the world of fashion and talent management

There are only a limited number of places available and Creative Access will be selecting individuals to attend based on criteria including, but not limited to, relevant experience, level, credits and interest in this opportunity. We do plan to run further events in 2024.
