He’s been inspiring and building high-performing multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative and delightful digital experiences for global enterprises as much as for small and medium size businesses such as Sky, Skype, BBC, and Ostmodern. Currently José works at D-Ford London, a new human-centered design group built out of the best and brightest ideas, teams and capabilities that have been unfolding inside Ford. Joel Bailey - Director - EY Seren Joel is Director at EY Seren. He’s spent his life studying service and how services can be designed end-to-end, front-to-back, to deliver value for customers, and growth for clients. He’s been doing this for over 20 years, in a variety of roles – from setting up and running one of the first FTSE50 service design practices, to building services in government, to running the UK arm of the service design pioneer Livework – and in a variety of sectors, from telco, luxury, manufacturing, recruitment, technology and financial services.
