Eshita Kabra-Davies (Founder and CEO of By Rotation)
Eshita Kabra-Davies founded By Rotation in April 2019 after travelling to her motherland of Rajasthan, India, and witnessing first-hand the effects of textile waste. As an investment professional with over six years of experience in finance, she wanted to combine her commercial experience and love of fashion to create a conscious, inclusive community that democratises fashion and does not harm the planet. By Rotation is now the UK's largest shared wardrobe, and boasts a 300k-strong community of Rotators who are able to rent, lend, buy and sell their wardrobes at their fingertips, all while doing good for the planet.
Vanessa Spence (Commercial Design and Visual Director of ASOS)
As Commercial Design and Visual Director for online fashion destination ASOS, Vanessa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of design visual identity across womenswear and menswear. Leading a team of over 130 employees, Vanessa plays a fundamental role in delivering the brand's core product and style credential across a tailored proposition for ASOS’ fashion-loving 20-something customers.
Vanessa joined ASOS in 2007 as a Senior Designer on womenswear, and over the past fifteen years has held a variety of roles within the design team function before moving into her current position in April 2021. Prior to ASOS, she gained experience in roles at Pepe Jeans and Arcadia.
Vishal Katelia (Senior Head of Customer & Retail Strategy at Farfetch)
With a career spanning 15+ years across leading luxury and lifestyle brands, Vishal Katelia's passion includes working with teams to envisage and paint a picture of what the future of luxury looks like and then working towards that realisation. Currently working as the Senior Head of Customer and Retail Strategy within Farfetch's Future Retail team, his work sits at the intersection of fashion retail and technology and acts as the consultancy arm for Farfetch and the brand partner which the platform works with. Here, he fuses how advancements in technology shape the current and future customer motivations and journeys to elevate experiences and brand positioning. Vishal is keen to share his personal career path and how Farfetch is enabling the transformation of luxury retail.
