From finding a mentor (or becoming one) to being better allies for our female colleagues, increasing sisterhood in the workplace is the best way to fast-track our way up the corporate ladder and increase diversity in the tech industry.

However, it’s not uncommon to hear workplace stories where women don't feel supported. If so, what can we do to recognize and #choosetochallenge our own implicit biases? And how can we include men into the conversation?

London Tech Ladies and Wagora, the community dedicated to empower, connect and advance women working or aspiring to work in the tech industry, are joining forces for this special event!

During the session, our panel of tech trailblazers will share their stories and their best advice on how they champion their female colleagues and build a solid network at the same time.

You’ll discover:

* How you can truly form deep and lasting connections with your female colleagues
* How you can be a better ally for your female colleagues
* How to recognize internalised/ implicit bias and be a better ally for women of colour and how can allyship differ when it comes to culture and race
* Why having a mentor is the key to personal and professional growth
* Where to find one (even if you’re shy or don’t know where to start)
*How to become one
* How to find the right support to help you overcome barriers in your career

And more!
