Do you have an idea or project that you think could be a business in the creative industries but don’t know where to start? This one-day workshop is for you. Leave equipped with the essential knowledge and steps needed to launch your business.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The day will be split into two halves designed for artists, aspiring entrepreneurs and creative thinkers.

Part 1: we'll dive into vision boarding to explore and articulate the vision behind your business ideas, going deep on the why.
Part 2 From business planning and financial forecasting to understanding legal requirements, we'll focus on the practical aspects of turning those visions into a reality.

WHAT YOU GET
Vision and goal setting: learn how to effectively use vision boarding to clarify your business idea, set realistic goals and visualise the path to success. This process enhances creativity and establishes a strong foundation for your business.
Business Planning Basics: you'll gain insights into the key components of a business plan, including market research, product/service definition, and creating a value proposition. This will enable you to start drafting a plan that outlines your business model, intended market, and strategies for growth.
Understanding Legal and Financial Foundations: Participants will be introduced to the basics of setting up a business legally, including registrations and compliance. Additionally, they will learn about financial budgeting, and managing cash flow, which are crucial for the sustainability of their business.
Practical Next Steps: You'll leave with an actional checklist of tasks to kickstart your venture, covering essential steps such as identifying target customers, marketing strategies and resource planning.
Self Made is powered by Inflexion Foundation.
