This two-hour webinar will dig into self-management, how to build in resilience, improve stress tolerance and develop flexibility.

Led by Tina Lilienthal and Jo Beardsworth, this live webinar will look at how the senior roles of tomorrow demand a different way of thinking. You will gain an understanding of how you can make changes, develop and embed new ways into your daily routine and feel comfortable in doing so.

The session will explore the skills that can’t be automated and that we can all self-manage.
