Podcaster (The Receipts), writer and TV show creator, Tolani Shoneye will be sharing how she started out to became one of the most well-known voices in podcasting, plus practical insights into balancing multiple creative careers effectively. We’ll be talking all things from building cohesive personal branding to how to leverage your strengths across different creative industries. Plus, you’ll have the chance to ask your questions to Tolani live, and network with others after the show.

ABOUT TOLANI SHONEYE
Tolani Shoneye is best known as one half of The Receipts Podcast; a leading UK podcast which she has been hosting for over seven years. As well as being a podcaster, she is a writer and the co-author of The Sunday Times Best Seller Keep The Receipts. She is developing an original scripted show with Bandstand Productions, and is writing for a BBC show under Firebird Productions, as well has been involved with various writers rooms. For TV Tolani started her career working on a BBC pilot, Wetin Dey which she assistant produced and co-hosted and she has appeared on The Big Breakfast for Channel 4 and Tonight with Target on BBC and Sky's Dating No Filter.

She has written for BuzzFeed, Elle, The Independent, OK, and Refinery 29 where she has explored her love for beauty and fashion. Tolani's hosting and panel work include BBC 1xtra Live Talks, TED X UCL panel talks, and the popular 10/10 Would Recommend Netflix podcast co-hosted with Gena-Mour Barrett and Bumble My Love is… podcast. She has created Story Story, a platform dedicated to storytelling, stories about love, relationships and everything in between.
