Affirm Arts is a self-love and mental well-being programme experienced through the arts. Unlike other wellness programs, we prioritise creativity, believing it to be the key to personal transformation and can profoundly benefit well-being.

Our debut two-week workshop, ‘Inner Songscapes,’ harnesses the power of music, poetry, and visual art to promote introspection and well-being. Through the process of ekphrasis, which translates one creative medium into another, we delve into our deepest feelings. We'll explore our connection to song, transform these findings into poetry, and bring those poetic stories to life through visual art. This is a liberating creative space designed for deep self-connection and exploration.

Join us on this creative and introspective journey!

Part One: June 20 - Song to Poetry
Part Two: June 27 - Poetry to Visual Art

Facilitated by Monette The Artist, CEO of Affirm Arts and Creative Self-Love Coach, alongside Queen Valencia Zulu, CEO of WAP (Women Affirming Our Power), this creative workshop offers an opportunity to explore and express your body, mind, and soul. The inntention is to help you tap into your body’s deep connection to music, and express your innermost feelings through creative mediums.
