In this interactive and practical session, Tanya will explain what coaching is and take you through several coaching tools and techniques, that you’ll have a chance to try out in breakout groups.

This session will cover:
You will have some practical coaching skills to take away, and a plan to easily implement them. You will also understand how coaching skills can be beneficial for everyone, and how a coaching culture is useful to organisations to increase engagement and improve performance.
To support the practical elements of the breakout groups, it would be useful if attendees come with a defined (but light touch) topic that they are happy to share with others and be coached on. Examples of suitable coaching topics include:
  • How can I implement coaching techniques into my day job?
  • What could I do to save money?
  • I’m struggling to manage my time effectively
  • I’m not sure where I next want to go on holiday
