Following two years of evolving working patterns, this webinar will delve into the legal, educational and practical issues for consideration by agencies when managing sickness absence and promoting well-being in the hybrid workplace.

This is in light of the fact that in 2020/21, work-related stress, depression or anxiety, accounted for 50% of all work-related ill health.  This is an increase on 44% in 2017/18.
Our range of industry-experienced speakers will provide practical guidance for agencies, with the objective of equipping HR and management staff with the most effective strategies for reducing sickness and improving staff well-being.
