Join Matt in this 60 minute workshop, as he shows you how to use the foam roller to release muscular tension throughout the body, to ensure some balance in your training at home

We all know we should be focussing on our stretching, as much as we do getting our sweat on.. but this session is here to guide you through all the benefits of foam rolling, focusing on self massage through foam rolling, to aid your recovery, maintain / improve mobility and reduce your risk of injury.

It's also great to have a tennis ball/massage ball to hand, as we stimulate the fascia, aiding circulation to your muscles and connective tissue, working into those knots and stress points.

Fun, energetic, strong, and a good dose of camp. With his colourful leggings, motivating music, and creative class structures, Matt melds together his experiences as a fitness instructor and yoga teacher. Matt practices myofascial release using a combination of foam rollers and massage balls with trigger point therapy.

Saturday 16th May, 11am
Please register before 10am on Saturday, and you will be e-mailed by 10:30am with the log in instructions to the workshop

Probably not for you if:

- You’ve got a dodgy internet connection – you’ll need reliable wifi for a smooth and easy session
- You feel unwell or have a temperature, check in with your doctor to make sure you’re ready to exercise.
- Let your teacher know if you have any injuries, or are pre or post natal, by using the chat box at the start of the session
