On Sunday 20 September the government ended the temporary ban on evictions. As courts begin to reopen, and tenants are under the threat of losing their homes, it's more important - now than ever before - that renters know their rights. That's why we're running our renters' rights webinar. Join us to learn about what the end of the eviction ban means, and what you can do to get advice. You'll hear from Shelter staff who have been coordinating our campaign to help keep renters protected during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as well as from our expert housing advisers. We'll have a short panel discussion followed by a section for giving advice, with a brief Q&A at the end. We will give advice on: - illegal evictions and harassment - falling into arrears and risk of eviction by a Section 8 notice - being served a Section 21 eviction notice Spaces are limited so you must register to secure a place.
