Starting Out - Day One
About to graduate and need ideas and strategies to help you navigate the transition to life after university? If so join us for the first day of this year’s Starting Out events. Transitions Workshops: Planning and moving to the next step (Lunch is provided).
On the first day you can book from sessions as follows:
- Transitions workshop: Moving from education to career planning – Session 1 (2:15pm) :
Join Graduate Employability Specialist Helen Curston to reflect on your education and career journey to date and identify your motivations, allowing you to focus on relevant goals and opportunities.
- Transitions workshop: Navigating to life after university – Session 2 (3.00pm):
An invaluable workshop delivered by the Counselling and Student Health Team, thinking about endings -closing a chapter, and exploring how to navigate a new chapter the transition to life after university. We aim to help you face the future with more confidence and prioritise wellbeing during a time change.
- When: Mon 26 June from 1:15 for lunch and 2.15pm start BST
- Where: In-person at UAL High Holborn
- Format: Presentation / interactive workshop
This event is organised by Careers and Employability and is for final-year UAL students and graduates only, up to 5 years out of university.
