The Career Clarity course is an online group program for anyone who wants to change jobs but doesn't know what they want to do next.
This is an 8-week step-by-step program that helps you get out of a career rut or wobble, by helping you get clear on exactly what work will make you happier, more fulfilled and excited about Mondays.
The Journey
To find out what your dream work situation looks like, we break down clarity into 6 steps.
1) Get clear on what you want and don't want work to look and feel like in the VISION module.
2) Discover which skills and STRENGTHS you want to use and improve.
3) Figure out your VALUES so you know what's important to you this coming year.
4) Forget working out your purpose or passion, instead focus on INTERESTS.
5) Work on your fear of failure, imposter thoughts, and perfectionism in the MINDSET module.
6) Get into ACTION and be cheered on by your fellow clarity-seekers.
The Outcome
Sometimes, the outcome is making a plan to leave you current job. The program helps you figure out what to do next.
Sometimes, the outcome is staying in your job but making changes that will make you happier.
But always, the outcome will be you doubling your confidence and getting clarity about your work and life.
