Are you aged 18-25 and have a passion for audio and podcasting? Transmission Roundhouse, the award-winning podcast platform, is thrilled to announce the return of our dynamic talent development programme just for you! Elevate your podcasting journey, gain invaluable skills, and become part of our vibrant audio production community.
Across 11 weeks, you’ll learn the essential skills to create the pilot episode of your podcast. After this, our team at Transmission Roundhouse will collaborate with you to plan the exciting next steps for your official series. Targeting a release in 2024-2025, we’ll create a timeline to ensure top-notch production quality.

Virtual Participation: Don't worry if you're not London-based; we offer the option to stream workshops online for a seamless learning experience.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The Podcast Academy welcomes anyone aged 18-25 who has a passion for audio and podcasts, whether they have a lot of experience already or are completely new to it.
All you need to do is tell us about your idea that aligns with the Transmission Roundhouse mission:
To be a socially engaged
To be niche, innovative and groundbreaking audio-led content
Champions the voices of underrepresented young creatives
Aimed at an audience aged 16-34.
This is an 11-week programme, with the idea you will go on to create the first series of your podcast across 2024-2025 with our support. You should only apply if you can commit to creating your series with us (we can be flexible around your schedule to make this possible).
