Sign up for this online workshop to learn more about your anxiety and techniques to manage it.
Join this workshop if you want to learn more about what anxiety is and how you can begin to manage your symptoms.
The online workshop will be facilitated by a member of UAL's Counselling, Health and Chaplaincy Service. We aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can learn some proven techniques for managing anxiety. The sessions are informed by a belief that having greater insight into anxiety can help you manage the experience. You will learn some techniques that you can try out make use of in your daily life.
You will be invited to reflect and share your experience of anxiety.
This session is suitable for students experiencing generalised anxiety disorder or social anxiety. For example, the workshop may help students who experience anxiety in situations such as giving presentations, socialising with new people or attending a job interview.
The workshop is not suited to those who are experiencing trauma symptoms or who have a diagnosed personality disorder.
