In fact, 90% of female employees suffer from imposter syndrome according to recent research conducted by The Hub Spot. It involves feelings of self-doubt and personal incompetence. If 9 out of 10 women suffer from this, how do we overcome it?

Oftentimes unconsciously we tend to sabotage our own happiness and success and in many cases, it is because we tend to listen to our inner critic and get trapped in our self-limiting thoughts and beliefs.

Alexandra Kafka, founder of Urban Yoga Lab will share some of her best tips and tricks on dealing with imposter syndrome. She will share with us some great practices on how to transform our self-talk so we can be more authentic, confident and empowered.

About our speaker :
Alexandra is a former PR executive as well as the founder of Urban Yoga Lab and Oxyzn. She specialises in designing and delivering bespoke wellbeing solutions such as annual wellbeing programmes, corporate retreats and wellbeing talks at summits. To date, she has delivered her services to 7 international summits, 6 markets, and 50+ brands including RBC, Simmons & Simmons and Soho House. She is on a 3 years mission to help 5,000 HRs to create a positive resilient workplace, deliver their KPIs and achieve greater results of productivity.
