‘Who am I?’ is a bespoke personal development programme supporting LGBTQ+ professionals with becoming more impactful and intuitive leaders. Each ‘virtual retreat’ takes a small group of participants through a unique process of deeper self-enquiry and discovery. We explore identity and authenticity through a sequence of experiential and interactive workshops, carefully designed around tried and tested psychological and holistic practices.
Please note…
• This edition is for anyone who identifies as TQ+ (Trans, Queer and Non-Binary)
• The virtual retreat takes place over a weekend
• Each is limited to 14 participants max
• Only 1 participant per company
• Different start times according to time zone
• We welcome subsidy requests, just ask for details
Led by a team of LGBTQ+ experts, coaches, and practitioners, participants are provided with the tools and space they need to start a process of deeper understanding and awareness as we get curious about our identities as impactful and authentic leaders.
