We'll be welcoming plant based chef and Marie Claire Change Maker Bettina Campolucci Bordi into our London flagship store for a talk on the impact of food on the environment, plus using seasonal ingredients to protect the planet.
Bettina is passionate about unraveling the potential of plant foods by following easy and basic principles incorporating seasonality and local produce. Food that makes you feel good, that is grown within the seasons and nurtured by people that care.
