Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our elite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering superior administrative support, crafting sophisticated presentation designs, and managing diverse projects for our luxury brand clients.
This role requires a blend of organisational acumen, creative expertise, and exemplary project management capabilities
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.·
Handle all forms of correspondence, prepare detailed reports, and maintain a comprehensive client databases.·
Ensure smooth office operations and promptly address client inquiries with the highest level of professionalism.·
Develop high-quality, visually compelling presentations that align with the luxury brand’s identity and objectives.·
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is effectively translated into the presentation design.·
Utilise advanced graphic design software to create engaging and professional presentations.·
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all presentation materials.·
Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion within scope and budget.·
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, tailored to each client's specific requirements.·
Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients.·
Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.·
Conduct comprehensive post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure client satisfaction.·
Skills
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, designing presentations, and managing projects.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.·
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).·
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.·
Prior experience working with luxury brands is highly desirable.·
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.·
