Your primary focus in this role will be to support the key accounts with client services and internal production management, alongside the Production Lead & Creative Strategy lead across all digital and audio production, working closely with our London-based project management & audio team for the delivery of polished, award-worthy creative work for existing clients in the UK & across Europe. It’s essential that you are self-motivated and process-driven to manage your own priorities and able to be agile and collaborate with all team members. Communication & collaboration is key.
Assist the Production Lead & Creative Strategy lead on all internal audio & production matters
Ensure the workflow, client communication, and delivery standards of MIK Studio are being upheld
Receiving & communicating briefs internally, working alongside our audio engineers, copywriters & designers
Collaborating internally and with clients to ensure campaign objectives are met
Assist Creative Strategist with coordinating with different in-house stakeholders to brainstorm and develop ideas for creative digital campaigns
Scoping and quoting projects and ensuring that all projects are profitable and achievable within the allocated time frame
Working closely with the teams based in Australia, the UK, Europe
Assisting with administrative duties including finance & project management platform upkeep
Being pro-active & self-motivated
3-4 years creative or digital agency experience in a client services or client facing role
A process-driven self-starter who is organised and has good attention to detail
An understanding of Digital and Audio Production
Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
Someone who has the ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
