About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator to own the creation and management of content across our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Linkedin and Twitter (X). The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a knack for creating short form engaging, authentic and quality video content. This role is perfect for someone who is creative and a resourceful executor, with experience in producing content themselves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help inform and fully execute on a product marketing focused, comprehensive content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, primarily including short form videos, but also would include images and short written posts, that aligns with Sling Money’s brand voice and objectives.
- Manage and execute on the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
Expected Skills:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
- A proactive, creative, and innovative approach to content creation.
Location
For this role have a preference for someone who would come to the office a couple times a week.
