Location: Hybrid (Remote/Occasional in-office in London/Glouceshire) Reports To: Co-CEO/Creative Director, and work closely with Head of Marketing, Head of Ecommerce, and external agencies.

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as Creative and Design Lead. This role is key in shaping the visual identity and delivering creative solutions across campaigns, web, social, and video content, working in house as well as with external agencies.
You will be joining at an exciting time as the brand undergoes a rebrand, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on a brand that’s poised to take the clean beauty industry by storm and become a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content development and Art direction
  • Lead campaign concepting and design of all assets for launches, including email assets, homepage banners, product photography , and social media creative.
  • Create specific advertising assets based on ad hoc internal briefs and work with feedback from agencies overseeing the running of the campaigns.
  • Collaborate with third-party photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visuals. Brief these photographers with a tight design brief and ensure returned retouched assets are delivered to spec.
  • Support the co CEO/Creative Director with the development of the creative direction for photoshoots, working closely with photographers, set stylists, and product specialists to ensure brand consistency.
2. Design
  • Create, update, and manage graphic design assets such as brand lockups, typography , and iconography across all platforms.
  • Liaise with external agencies such as CRM and social media agencies to deliver graphic assets for email and social media campaigns.
  • Design and update web banners, navigation tiles, PLP banners , and homepage elements, ensuring visuals are optimised for both desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborate with the Head of E-commerce to implement landing page designs and improve the site’s visual functionality.
3. Photographic library management
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly product photography with an external photographer, ensuring all assets are produced with the required backdrops, props, and post-production.
  • Oversee post-production and quality assurance of branded photography for marketing use.
4. Brand development:
  • Work closely with the Co-CEO and the Head of Marketing to evolve the look and feel of Naturisimo’s campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on creative ideation and planning for ongoing and upcoming campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 6 years experience in design-led creative ideation and concepting
  • 2+ years experience in photographic direction
  • Experience working in a creative marketing role, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo (CRM tool) and video editing software like CapCut is favourable.
  • Experience in creating advertising assets and working from creative briefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing visual assets and project timelines.
  • Experience liaising with external creative professionals such as photographers, stylists, videographers, and agencies.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
