Job Description
In this position you will
  • Support the commercial marketing operations of NBCUniversal’s largest film and TV releases
  • Service NBCUniversal’s global distributors with creative marketing materials
  • Ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials to the world’s largest digital video platforms
  • Handle incoming client requests for digital marketing assets; including TV Spots, Social Media assets and trailers.
  • Research and consolidate schedules across digital release windows, for all global markets
  • Work in an extremely supportive team, where you are encouraged to ask questions and devise your own solutions
How you’ll do it
  • Lead the research, planning and production of localised trailers against release schedules
  • Deliver technically compliant, QC checked trailer materials to service product lifecycle
  • Work alongside partner vendors to deliver ‘full suite’ creative packages for marketing operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and material orders, staying within allocated budget lines
  • Work with NBCUniversal’s teams across LATAM, EMEA and APAC to ensure the flow of digital materials onto internal platforms
  • Operate cross-divisionally (with UPI and UPCG) to identify operational and cost efficiencies
  • Research library assets and plan creative production to meet SLAs for new platform launches
  • Act as client touchpoint for material requests, music clearance terms and supporting metadata
  • Maintain structured and cohesive timeline trackers, by drawing on different internal data sources
Qualifications
You will need
  • An understanding of digital media formats and filetypes, including video codecs and subtitles
  • A familiarity with video editing and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Competence to work with large datasets on platforms such as Airtable, Smartsheets and Excel
  • Knowledge of the distribution landscape, to know the difference between EST, VOD and SVOD
  • A sharp eye for detail — in both the aesthetic and qualitative
  • To be well organised, eager to engage and comfortable working in team environment
  • Bonus points for an understanding of HTML, JavaScript or other web technologies
