Description

We are a dynamic and innovative film production company currently gearing up for an exciting new project. We’re seeking passionate, skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to bringing our vision to life. Below are the roles we’re looking to fill:

1. Director of Photography (DoP)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the director to achieve the visual style and mood of the project.•
Operate cameras and oversee the camera crew.•
Plan and execute lighting, framing, and shot composition.•
Requirements:
Proven experience as a DoP in film or TV productions.•
Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.•
Exceptional creative and technical skills.•

2. Camera Assistant
Responsibilities:
Support the DoP and camera team with equipment setup and operation.•
Maintain and manage camera gear on set.•
Assist in changing lenses, adjusting focus, and monitoring shot framing.•
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.•
Understanding of camera systems and accessories.•
Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules.•

3. Sound Recordist (With Gear)
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality audio during production, including dialogue, ambient sound, and effects.•
Operate and maintain sound recording equipment on set.•
Work closely with the director and DoP to ensure sound synchronization.•
Requirements:
Own professional-grade audio recording equipment.•
Experience in sound recording for film or TV.•
Strong understanding of sound design principles.•

4. Light Gaffer (With Lighting Equipment)
Responsibilities:
Design and execute lighting setups as per the director’s vision.•
Manage the lighting team and ensure safe operation of equipment.•
Troubleshoot lighting issues and make on-the-spot adjustments.•
Requirements:
Experience as a gaffer in film production.•
Ownership of professional lighting gear.•
Strong technical knowledge of lighting techniques and tools.•

5. Production Runner
Responsibilities:
Perform on-set errands and support the production team as needed.•
Help with logistics, such as equipment transportation and crew assistance.•
Assist in setting up and striking locations.•
Requirements:
Reliable and highly organized.•
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.•
Previous production experience is a plus but not required.•

6. Production Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the production team.•
Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics.•
Assist with on-set tasks to ensure smooth operations.•
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.•
Experience in film production is an advantage.•
Eager to learn and contribute to the team.•

7. Script Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Maintain continuity of the film during production.•
Track script changes and ensure proper execution during filming.•
Take detailed notes on takes, blocking, and dialogue.•
Requirements:
Experience as a script supervisor in film or TV.•
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.•
Ability to communicate effectively with the crew.•

8. 1st Assistant Director (1st AD)
Responsibilities:
Develop shooting schedules and manage on-set operations.•
Oversee cast and crew to ensure the production stays on track.•
Collaborate with the director and production team to solve problems.•
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 1st AD.•
Strong leadership and organizational skills.•
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.•

9. Production Manager
Responsibilities:
Plan, budget, and oversee the production process.•
Coordinate logistics, including locations, equipment, and crew schedules.•
Ensure the production meets deadlines and stays within budget.•
Requirements:
Extensive experience in production management.•
Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills.•
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.•
