We are looking for a CRM Marketing Coordinator to join the National Theatre Marketing Team.
The purpose of the role
As the National Theatre communicates and engages with an increased range of audiences, with an ever-widening offer, its digital marketing communications (CRM, social media and website) need to be more targeted, more intelligent and more engaging than ever.
Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, the role’s primary responsibility is the creation and delivery of CRM communications to the full range of National Theatre audiences in London, across the UK and across the world.
Supporting the Marketing team, the CRM Marketing coordinator will use knowledge of marketing principles and National Theatre database analysis, to devise and deliver email marketing campaigns, drawing upon relevant data from the organisation’s ticketing system. Through analysis of CRM marketing results, the role will help shape and inform the organisational CRM marketing strategy.
The successful candidate will have the following:
  • Good written English and an understanding of writing effective marketing copy.
  • Experience in using content management systems and tools such as Word Press or Mail Chimp.
  • Good understanding of Digital analytics software (Google Analytics or similar)
  • Good digital literacy with the ability to create and manage documents within Microsoft or Google Suite.
  • Good communication skills and proven experience of working within a team.
  • Proven planning and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise work demands to meet deadlines.
