The Marketing Executive - CRM reports to the Head of CRM and Performance Marketing. This role is responsible for supporting the CRM team to grow UKTV’s CRM capabilities, recruiting and retaining audiences through the shaping and execution of effective CRM strategies & plans. Harnessing UKTV’s data to drive measurable viewing is a key part of this role, and this person will also get to shape UKTV’s communications throughout the for-audience lifecycle.
This role is expected to build productive working relationships across a wide group of key stakeholders / partners, including Marketing, Data, and Insight, Creative, Comms and Social; working collaboratively to influence strategy, drive performance and enhance the creativity & effectiveness of UKTV’s CRM marketing

Utilise audience data and insights to personalise communications.
Support the creation of targeted campaigns to address the unique needs of different audience segments.
Support across the full planning, execution and optimisation of email and push notification marketing to drive viewing.
Use available data sources to monitor on-going campaigns and optimise them.
Use UKTV’s first party data in a responsible and GDPR compliant manner.
