Description

Main responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Officer:

● Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy in line with company objectives + co-ordinate with sales activities
●Manage the digital marketing budget; to include paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google AdWords.

○Take the lead on website SEO with a focus on content strategy
○Carry out an audit of the Euphonica website, key competitors and the industry at large
○Develop a strategy with Euphonica team, and drive implementation on a monthly basis
○Help the team find easy to implement solutions and produce accurate reporting with to-do lists and action plans


● Plan and implement promotional campaigns
● Plan the social media strategy / content calendar and work with the Euphonica team on content creation and distribution
● Manage Euphonica email marketing strategy including growth of email marketing list
● Report regularly on ROI, and effectiveness of marketing communications
● Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
● Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing opportunities and share with Euphonica team


Objectives and aims:

● Increase number of wedding bookings
● Generate a pre-agreed percentage of event sales through digital marketing channels
● Increase awareness of Euphonica in the marketplace
● KPI measured activity throughout the year resulting in improved social metrics and financial results:
○ 25% increase in number of enquiries from events organisers, wedding planners, event managers, bookers
○ 50% increase in number of visitors to Euphonica.com year on year
○ Achieve 100,000 social impressions for Euphonica every month


Ideally candidates will have:

· Proven experience managing a digital marketing function for an organization.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, website management, PPC/digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
· Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and other marketing automation platforms).
· Strong project management skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
· Ability to work 5 days a week, with 3 days in the central London office.
· Willingness to attend events during evenings and weekends.
