Job Title: Digital Operations Coordinator, EMEA
A little bit about our team:
WEA Digital Operations is charged with providing elite delivery of our labels’ digital products while providing extraordinary operational partnership, support, and education to our artists, labels, commercial partners, and all Warner Music Group business divisions around the world with style, flair, and awesomeness.
Your role:
Support the Digital Operations Department in account and delivery specific initiatives. Duties include Troubleshooting Delivery Issues, Account Management and Label Support.
  • You will be working with a dynamic and innovative team solving the world’s supply chain operations problems while helping WMG to exploit its exciting catalogue globally
  • You will be at the forefront of an ever-growing and ever-changing field as we constantly adapt to the ways people consume music and the accounts that work to provision that media
  • You will work on a team where no two days are truly alike and being a digital detective is all in a day’s work.
Here you’ll get to:
  • Validate products for Apples strict delivery requirements
  • Participate in the iTunes Validation Initiative. Vetting new releases before they are delivered to iTunes, validation statistical analysis, enforcing compliance amongst labels and affiliates worldwide
  • Participate in bi-weekly Apple Validation Calls and Apple Scorecard meetings
  • Provision of insight and advice to new and existing partners and affiliates regarding content delivery, XML specifications and other relevant detail relating to the WMG digital delivery process
  • Field requests from Warner Music affiliates, global and regional commercial/legal teams regarding operational start up, process and issues within the designated territories
  • Distribution of set-up documentation and consolidation of key information required to process internally and externally for account creations/amendments
  • Onboard and upgrade partner profiles for digital service providers digital partners
  • Compliance checks, weekly progress metrics, delivery health check and resolutions
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues for the Digital Operations team
  • Actively participate in weekly Global Digital Operations conference calls, London based team meetings and ad-hoc meetings, providing updates on account status and localised details affecting designated territories
  • Attend and participate on conference calls with designated affiliates to discuss new account set-ups and delivery issues for existing partners and forthcoming key projects and releases
  • Handle administration: organisation and maintenance of account start up documentation on behalf of the EMEA Digital Operations team
  • Provide support with DDEX compliant ERN spec for day-to-day deliveries and XML upgrades
  • Actively participating in global and local migration work, systems upgrade and operational support for supply chain tools
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of partner services and capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects for the EMEA/Global Digital Ops group and other additional duties as required by management
