Job Summary:
The Manager, Digital Operations, based in London, United Kingdom focuses on optimizing efficiency and ensuring successful product launches across all digital partners. Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Operations, this role involves managing project deliverables, ensuring optimal product setups, and facilitating all digital operational needs for 1st and 3rd party partners.

Key Stakeholders:
  • Facilitate global communication and oversee project management/planning for product setups.
  • Review digital best practices for both core and new gamers, staying updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of plans and execution strategies across functional teams and multiple global locations.
  • Manage systems, processes, and work output in various functional areas, utilizing metrics to measure progress, adjust strategies, and provide team direction to achieve specific goals.
  • Contribute feedback for compelling preorder incentives to drive early sales and generate excitement among consumers, leveraging exclusive offers and bonuses.
  • Provide preorder/launch metadata & assets to digital partners, maintaining consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage communication with digital channel stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Facilitate test-and-learn analysis based on operational learnings, offering insights and recommendations to drive future success.
  • Identifies new PC digital business opportunities in an effort to drive catalogue revenue.
  • Collaborates with Square Enix Japan to port catalogue products to new and existing digital partners (Epic Games, GOG, etc.)

Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
  • Knowledge of digital storefronts for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Epic
  • Experience with digital product setup and/or digital supply chain operations
  • Knowledge of the video game industry as a whole
  • Experience working on multiple projects/titles/releases at once
  • Experience working with teams located in multiple time zones
Desirable:
  • Experience working with the product setup back ends for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Epic
  • Video game industry veteran.  Experience with multinational companies a plus.
  • Career focus and experience within digital product release, setup, and product management
  • Experience being the primary point of contact for multiple projects/titles/releases at once
