An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Marketing to join our central team. Thesleff Group operates Los Mochis restaurant in Notting Hill and the soon-to-open Liverpool Street site, Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, and Viajante87 cocktail bar and lounge in Notting Hill. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development, production, and execution of all marketing strategies across Thesleff Group.

This pivotal role will oversee market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and the implementation of effective marketing strategies to promote our venues and increase brand awareness across the group. You will lead and manage a marketing team to execute successful campaigns highlighting our brands' unique features, culinary excellence and service.
The role is reporting directly to CEO Markus Thesleff and COO Jean-Baptise Requien.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, guest preferences, and opportunities for innovation in hospitality marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and guest services, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and achieve KPIs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging markets, and innovation in hospitality to continuously improve the company's marketing efforts.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI on all hospitality marketing initiatives.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, partners, and vendors, to enhance the company's marketing reach and impact within the hospitality scene.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including digital assets, print materials, and promotional items, to maintain brand consistency and quality in line with industry standards.
Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and drive guest engagement.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance, guest feedback, key metrics, and strategic recommendations for continuous growth.
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of learning, growth.
Experience in market planning, marketing management, and market research within luxury lifestyle
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
Experience in sales and developing effective marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
