About the Role & Team
This is a parental cover position which will end in April 2025 and will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
This is a pivotal role for our Ad Sales business across both Media Networks. This cover is required to lead the planning cycles (close, budget, 5yr plan and forecasts) for the Media Networks P&L. This role will continue the momentum on process improvements already in play and managing multiple business partners all requiring dedicated support on intricate questions from billing to ad hoc analysis as well as weekly updates to the US team. This will also manage an intern and apprentice.
What You Will Do
  • Integral member of the Media Finance leadership team providing finance and business support to EMEA leadership team
  • Work closely with the Finance Director & Senior Finance Manager to drive the quarterly Forecasting, AOP and 5YP processes and all related deliverables and presentations
  • Work closely with and provide guidance and support to all EMEA Finance teams
  • Co-ordinate with Accounting and Controllership to support the Quarterly Close process
  • Support a ‘one team’ approach within EMEA finance. Build a network amongst the finance leadership community across lines of business and markets, sharing resources and knowledge.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to provide ad hoc finance support to the finance leadership across all Media lines of business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Significant experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience of leading and developing teams
  • Delivery of projects to a high standard and to demanding deadlines
  • Track record of providing commercial support to business partners that is insightful, timely and responsive
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, flexible to all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to produce clear and insightful presentations that deliver key messaging at the appropriate level of detail incorporating input from multiple business partners
  • Numerate and analytical with a desire to think through and resolve strategic problems
