Graphic Designer

As an In-House Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning materials that reflect our restaurant group's unique identity and appeal to our diverse customer base. From menu design to marketing collateral, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Menu Design: Conceptualize and design visually appealing menus that showcase our culinary offerings while maintaining consistency with our brand identity. Ensure menus are both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate for our customers.
Marketing Collateral: Develop engaging marketing materials including flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, and social media graphics that effectively promote our restaurants and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives and messaging.
Brand Identity: Uphold and evolve our brand identity across all design projects, ensuring consistency in style, colour palette, typography, and imagery. Help establish and maintain brand guidelines to streamline design processes and maintain brand integrity.
Digital Presence: Utilize your experience with Squarespace to maintain and update our website with visually compelling content, including menu updates, promotional offers. Optimize the website for user experience and SEO, ensuring it reflects the latest trends in web design.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, culinary, and management to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives and exceed expectations. Solicit feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible results.
Print Production: Liaise with external vendors and printers to oversee the production process, ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed materials. Manage print budgets effectively and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Proven experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in the restaurant industry or hospitality sector.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including menu design, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
Experience with Squarespace or similar web design platforms is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food, design, and creativity.
