Description
Main Purpose of Job:
Collaborating with a team of 3d designers, marketers, sales types and project estimators to produce highly finished digital documents for potential clients, making us stand out and being exact with the image we present.
Main Responsibilities:
Keeper and protector of our visual brand identiy! Designing and implementing proposal documents and templates using a responsibility matrix to track edits and completion.
Digital design for our quarterly newsletters for internal communications and an extensive mailing list.
Propose innovative, creative graphic design elements that elevate the company’s identity, ensuring all assets are consistent, compelling and reflect the company accurately.
Maintaining design document filing on SharePoint to ensure all new work is saved in an organised and accessible way.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Essential
Understanding of typography
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to determine layout and web design
Branding and identity design experience
Ability to proofread and amend copy
Proactive and flexible, able to prioritise and work well against short deadlines
Highly capable with Adobe Creative Suite:·
- InDesign (using templates and styles)
- Illustrator (vector graphics)
- Photoshop (image retouching)
- Adobe Acrobat Pro (form fields and interactive bookmarking)
Desirable
A will to work in our offices! Just some of the time. We meet every quarter in central London as a team, monthly at our head office with the whole food truck thing but more so it's a great way to understand who we are and what we do. We prefer to recruit locally to our offices also, so living in / commutable to South West London / Kingston-Upon-Thames will give you a great chance of securing this opportunity.
